Check Deposit

Emory University receives tens of thousands of physical checks every year. Routing, accounting, and deposit can be a labor and time intensive process. The Office of Treasury & Debt Management has partnered with Business Practice Improvement (BPI) to review, assess, and suggest potential enhancements for the current check routing and deposit process at the university.

Key objectives include defining options to potentially enhance the deposit process in a financially responsible and advantageous manner; improving the deposit experience for university staff; and increasing process efficiency.
